The Herboretum will be displaying the largest collection of culinary herbs in the UK. It will not only be a wonderful resource for plant identification and a gastronomic experience for chefs and cooks but it will also form the backbone of a new school at the farm, providing Jekka with an opportunity to share her extensive knowledge of how to grow and how to use herbs. We will be running day courses on propagation, herb maintenance, planning a herb garden and how to use herbs in the kitchen and in the home.
Our next day course is 'Year Round Herbs' on the 7th September. In this workshop you will be you will be shown how to grow and how to maintain herbs so that you will have a constant supply, for those that want to have fresh herbs available in the garden all year round, to book a place please click here
