Moroccan Mint: A beautiful, luscious spearmint, resistant to mint rust, excellent with potatoes, salad, in mint sauce, mint soup and fruit jellies.
French Tarragon:The quintessential culinary herb; its anise flavour promotes appetite & goes beautifully with chicken, fish, stuffed tomatoes, rice, salads and salad dressings.
Common Thyme: Very pretty mauve flowers in summer; small green leaves with great flavour. Add to soups, stews, salads, sauces. Naturally antibacterial.
