Jekka's rooftop Herb Garden at The Trafalgar Hotel - April 2009
When asked to create and plant a rooftop herb garden at London's Trafalgar Hotel in April 2009, Jekka had to decide which herbs which would withstand the extremes of weather in their rooftop location, and also fit the brief of the garden: herbs which would be used on a daily basis by the hotel chefs, herbs which would be a delight for visitors to sit amongst, breathe in and enjoy the aroma, and herbs which would attract butterflies and beneficial insects to the garden. The end result, as you can see from the pictures (right), was a stunning new herb garden, which will be enjoyed by hotel visitors, chefs, butterflies and bees for years to come.

An initial telephone discussion and exchange of information about your existing plot and requirements. At this point we will send you a copy of our terms and conditions (including an indication of costs).
Often followed by a visit to site, and more chat on the finer details.
Followed by a formal quotation for your garden design.
Upon acceptance: ongoing communication and finalisation of concept design.
Followed by a planting plan, quotation for organic herb plants, & planting if required.
Once your herb garden is planted, we can provide maintenance, ongoing consultation and continuous development, if required.
