Please read before placing your order

Our minimum order value is £10.

Orders are despatched as soon as possible and strictly in rotation, via Royal Mail, within 14 days from our receipt of your order.

Overseas orders including Irish Republic must be paid in Sterling.

Postage and Packing – Seeds, Herbal Teas, Gift Vouchers, Greeting Cards and Workshop tickets.

All prices include the cost of delivery to a UK mainland address.  The cost of sending orders to Europe is £2.50. For orders outside Europe please contact us for details of postage costs and any import regulations.

Prices
We reserve the right to increase prices, including delivery costs, without prior notice. Up-to-date prices are always available on our website.

Liability
We send your products via Royal Mail, and all are carefully packed to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. In the event of damage in transit, please notify the farm within 24 hours of receipt, quoting the invoice number. Photographic evidence will be required.

Workshop Bookings
Once booked, tickets for open day workshops are non-refundable and, as a rule, non-transferable. However, if, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to attend on the date of your booking, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to offer an alternative date. However, we cannot guarantee an alternative date if the event is already fully booked.
